WebRTC SoftPhone
We have developed a WebRTC softphone that allows you to make and receive calls easily through the chrome browser.
It’s easy to use and all you need to do is login to your extension to be able to make and receive calls.
We’d advise using either a headset or earbuds for a better experience.
Softphone
If you’d prefer to have more control over your phone calls and features you can download and install Zoiper 5. It’s free software that operates just like a handset but is based on your computer.
It’s compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems. You will need to login to your extension to proceed.
